Jayadeep is an Associate Director at Drage CPA with over 16 years of experience in US, Domestic and International Accounting & US Taxation. He provides expert financial guidance to business organizations.

He started his career as an Associate at Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), where he provided accounting services to multiple clients. Later, he joined Accenture where he leveraged his skills and experience to deliver exceptional results in Accounting and Finance. Before joining Drage CPA, he worked at Hernandez Solutions Pvt. Ltd.,(H&Co.), for around 9 years, where he led the team of Accounting and Taxation as Manager, oversaw bookkeeping and US accounting functions for over 5 years. He expanded his focus to US Taxation, helping individuals and business navigate complex tax laws.

As he continues to grow professionally, he is focused on advancing his expertise by preparing for the IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) exam. He has successfully completed Paper – 1 (Individual Tax).

Outside of work, he enjoys playing cricket, exploring sustainable agricultural practices and prioritizing family time with his two kids which bring balance and joy to his life.
